  • How does this whole thing work?
    When you book a Luxury Picnic or Pop-Up in the Park, your event will be set up when you arrive. We will be there to greet you and give you a lay of the land. You enjoy two hours in the park with your guests, gourmet food and drinks, and we return to clean up. We ask that you do not leave your set-up unattended. When ordering a Basket and Blanket Drop-off, we meet you at the pre-determined location for the hand off. You enjoy for two hours and we meet you to pick up the supplies. Boating provisions are delivered dockside and picked up upon your return.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Weather happens! We offer a 100% refund for weather-related cancellations up to 24 hours before your picnic. Should you need to cancel 48 hours or less for any other reason, we will refund you 50%. Finally, we will fully refund you should you need to cancel one week or beyond your scheduled picnic date. However, rescheduling is our first choice!
  • How long can I picnic?
    The Luxury Picnic, Pop-Up in the Park, and Basket and Blanket Drop-off are yours for two hours. The boating provisions are dropped off at your launch time and picked up upon your arrival back at the dock. However, if you want more time, we can arrange that!
  • Where shoud I picnic?
    Savannah is full of lovely outdoor spaces. However, Forsyth Park is our personal favorite. It is large enough to give a feel of privacy to your picnic but also provides a vibrant area with a beautiful fountain view. The people watching is wonderful, too! There are some weeks that we are able to accommodate having your picnic at Tybee Beach. There is an up-charge of $100, however, as it requires more preparation and planning to set up your picnic. It is also possible to set up your outside picnic at your home! We are open to discussing other options, too. Just let us know!
  • How do I pay?
    Once your booking is approved, you will receive an invoice that can be paid online. The payment is what secures your date/time. We ask that you pay the entire invoice upon receipt; however, should you want to make a partial payment/deposit, we can make this arrangement. Please just notify us before we send the invoice. The final payment is due 1 week from your picnic.
  • Can I picnic for my wedding/reception/rehearsal dinner?
    Absolutely! However, we strongly recommend you work with a wedding planner. We do not offer wedding planning services.
  • I want to place an order for boating provisions. What marinas do you service?
    We deliver to Coffee Bluff Marina, Isle of Hope Marina, Landings Harbor Marina, Bull River Marina, Thunderbolt Marina, Savannah Bend Marina, and Tybee Island Marina.
  • Where can I picnic for the Basket and Blanket Drop-off?
    We will meet you and drop off your supplies anywhere in the historic district of Savannah. Forsyth Park is a wonderful option.
  • What is the difference between a pop-up in the park and a luxury picnic?
    A Pop-Up in the Park is a meal using table and chairs. Think fancy restaurant. A Luxury Picnic is ground level seating and low to the ground tables. The picnic setting is more casual.
  • Are there other options instead of pork for the charcuterie board?
    Yes, we can also provide smoked salmon and turkey.
